Since becoming a driving instructor 5 years ago I had a bad experience with another company. They wanted me to charge over the going rate for lessons and wanted me to stall the progress of students by keeping them doing one thing eg clutch control for multiple lessons even though they had mastered it. Since joining driveJohnson’s I have been much happier, my students no longer feel they are being charged too much for lessons but driveJohnson’s also encourage instructors to push students so that they can progress through lessons. This means I am now helping many more students pass their test so I am also happier as I feel I am achieving more.
It’s not about how many times you fall down it’s about how you get back up again.
