Questionnaire to instructors

Recently we sent out a questionnaire to all of our driving instructors so that we could hear and view their honest feedback about driveJohnson’s as a company. We gave all of the instructors the opportunity to remain anonymous, so if they did want to express their disappointment or provide negative feedback, they could do without disclosing their identity.

As a company, we were searching for the negative feedback so we could improve.

The results from the questionnaire were extremely positive which shows we have happy instructors here at driveJohnson’s.

We received an average score of 9 out of 10, with 127 questionnaires having been completed.

And I always find them very helpful and friendly which is very much in contrast to BSM when I had a franchise with them .
