Getting your pupils to leave positive reviews
Learn how you can update your website profile and share review links with your pupils to help improve the driveJohnson's brand.
A good selling point for you and us as a company is to have lots of positive reviews online. Most of the time, people flock to the Internet to leave a bad review when they have had a bad experience and often don't leave a review when they have had a good experience.
It will help build and maintain Team driveJohnson's' good reputation if you can encourage your pupils to leave positive reviews online about us, and there are three main platforms where they can do so.
The main two places are through Trustpilot and Google, and there are links to these on the Dashboard of the Instructor Portal app.
To share these links with your pupils, scroll down to the bottom of the Dashboard and tap on the link you wish to share. When you tap the link, it will automatically be copied to your clipboard.
Then visit the pupil's profile, by going to Active Pupils, search for the pupil's name and get their phone number from there. You can then send them a message asking them to leave you a review.
You can do the same for the Google link.
The third place for the pupil to leave a review is through your profile on the driveJohnson's website. To update your profile, tap the Profile button at the top of your app's Dashboard.
Tap on the link to open your profile in your web browser. If you haven't updated your profile before, all of the fields will say 'Coming Soon'. This doesn't look the best, so we can change that.
You can change your profile photo (preferably to one of you and your driveJohnson's teaching vehicle) by tapping Change Photo. You can choose a photo from your phone's gallery or you can take one. For this example, we'll use a photo of Anthony Johnson, director of driveJohnson's.
Crop the photo to the size you are happy with and tap Save Photo.
If you visit your profile again, your new photo will be there.
Then complete the other boxes: Experience & About Me, Favourite Quote, Memorable Moment, Likes and Dislikes.
When you are happy, tap Save in the top right hand corner. Now your profile is set up nicely to share with your pupils and let them leave reviews.
