One of the best ways to create brand exposure and have a good online presence is to upload your pupil pass photos to our social media platforms when your pupils pass their driving tests.

To upload a pass photo, from the Dashboard on the Instructor Portal app, tap the Pass Photos button. In this section, if you have uploaded photos in the past, you will see all of your past pass photos.

To add a new photo, tap the plus button at the bottom in the centre. You can choose to upload from your phone's gallery or you can take a photo using your phone's camera.

The photos need to be square, so use the cropping tool to ensure the pupil and your car's roof sign is visible. Once you are happy with the positioning, press Use Image.

Now write a message to the pupil, which will be shared in the caption of the photo.

Choose a pupil by pressing the blue Choose a pupil button, then search the pupil's name in the box which appears. Tap the right pupil to add them to the photo.

Choose a location for where the pupil passed their tests and enter the number of driving faults they picked up. If the pupil is happy for their photo to be shared on social media, ensure the Share to social media option is switch on and is green.

You can enter some hashtags too if you wish.

Once you are happy, press the Upload button in the top right hand corner.

It may take a minute to upload the photo as it has to share to Facebook and Instagram, but you will receive a green success message if the upload is successful.
