Anthony Johnson
Company Director & Approved Driving Instructor
Anthony spends most of his days helping driving instructors with advice, guidance and problem solving. One of his favourite quotes is, “to every problem, there is a solution!” He works very closely with Charlie and Ben in the IT and Marketing team.
Carla Johnson
Office Leader
Carla is Anthony’s wife and primarily takes care of the accounts. She works closely with Chantelle and Nicki, helping in the main office and keeping in contact with instructors, making sure they have pupils when needed. She has a warm and caring personality which is a contributing factor to why our instructors are made to feel part of the family and not just a number.
Aimie Brown
Booking Co-ordinator
Aimie is the ultimate bookings queen and is more than likely at the top of our bookings leaderboard. Aimie is very bubbly and outgoing, always with a smile on her face when taking calls. Our instructors and pupils love speaking to her, judging by the lovely feedback we are always receiving. Aimie is true asset to the driveJohnson’s team.
Melissa Malone
Accounts Assistant
Melissa is known for being Carla’s sidekick within the accounts team and ensures that our driving instructors receive their payments from pupils throughout the week. With her happy-go-lucky nature, you will definitely have a smile on your face after speaking to her.
Josh Brown
Booking Co-ordinator
Josh has been with the company for just over a year. He is a very big personality in the office and is always making the rest of the team laugh and smile. He has great customer service skills and always wants to go the extra mile to help the customers he speaks to. He is a joy to work with and the whole team certainly misses him when he’s not here.
Nicki Custance
Office Manager
Nicki is an asset to the team at driveJohnson’s and always endeavours to reach higher. She is a great motivator, very compassionate and an all-round pleasant member to have in the office team! The instructors, as well as the office team, enjoy working with her thoroughly – she is extremely positive which comfortably reflects on the team around her.
Phoebe Copestake
Office Supervisor
Phoebe has been with us for a number of years and is wizard on the phone and likes to blend the hard work that she does with a little bit of sparkle on a daily basis. Phoebe is all about creating a positive and energetic vibe in the work place and loves to help the team solve tricky problems that might appear and consistently had a great attitude.
Mollie Custance
Booking Co-ordinator
Mollie is one of our team's newest members and has fit in amazingly. With the same positive attitude and drive to secure bookings, she is a hit amongst learners and instructors.
Luke Dickison
Senior Developer
Luke joined team DJ in 2023. He has over 8 years experience in Web Development and specialises in APIs and full stack. He has helped build some massive CRM systems in the past for some very large companies. Luke works on the our booking system, website, instructor App and learner App daily.
Sebiya Cheeramkulam
Accounts Assistant
Sebiya is the one with a lovely big smile who joined our team in 2023. She has already proven to be a valuable addition to the driveJohnson's team. Sebiya is a fast learner and highly efficient in her work. She looks after our accounts department, along with Carla. Sebiya is very kind-hearted and always provides exceptional customer service to our instructors and pupils. Nothing is too much for her.
Megan Creaser

Introducing our newest team member, Megan who brings a vibrant energy to our office and is fantastic at engaging in conversations that leaves a lasting impression. Megan has only been with us a short while, however we cant wait to see the positive impact she will undoubtedly make, one bubbly phone call at a time.

Rebecca fronts the marketing department at driveJohnson's, with a happy attitude and endless enthusiasm for creating new engaging content. She works hard to ensure pupils know about all our amazing instructors and keep our phones ringing with enquiries.

Customer Service Manager
Daisy is our newest senior team member. She genuinely wants the experience of the pupil and the customer to be a pleasant one, and works hard to make sure that experience is always positive. Daisy is an asset to our team and strives to go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met before, during and after the booking has been completed.

Kate’s sparkling personality will definitely get you to book your driving lessons with us. Kate’s friendly personality really shines through when you speak with her over the phone. She is a hit amongst the office staff and always on hand to help with your booking needs.

Ruby is a vibrant force on our team, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every call. She connects effortlessly with pupils, often leaving them buzzing with excitement for their first lesson. With a wealth of knowledge, Ruby confidently assists pupils which each booking. Its an absolute pleasure having Ruby on the team
