As a driving school, driveJohnson's thinks differently. We genuinely care about our pupils and our aim is to help you pass fast and first time, while making you a safe driver for life. We have driving instructors serving over 1000 different locations around the UK, all of whom have an average feedback score of at least 4.5 out of 5. We do not sub-contract our customers out to non driveJohnson's instructors - all of our instructors are part of driveJohnson's and we work as a team.
FREE resources to help you learn quicker
On your first driving lesson, you will receive our famous Driving Manual, which helps you to pass faster and supplement your driving lessons. The Driving Manual is written by company director, Anthony Johnson, in easy to understand wording for all abilities.
Access to our learner app
You will be able to login and view your progress, book future appointments and squat up on all of the free learning resources. As your learning progresses, your instructor will issue you new resources through the app to suit your current learning level.
No hidden catches
There are no catches with our block bookings, like holding 4 hours back for test on block bookings or forfeiting your lessons if you have a break. There are many other hidden catches going on in the industry, but rest assured we are honest and take pride in serving our customers well.
Cheaper than other national driving schools
We spend a small amount on marketing and office overheads compared to other national driving schools. It is for this reason that we can afford to charge slightly less for driving lessons and our instructors still generally earn more per hour, even after deductions, compared to our competitors.

High standards
All of our instructors are monitored. If we receive too may complaints about the same instructor, we ask them to leave. Simple.
