I wanted to become a instructor as I enjoy driving and teaching. I enjoy the process of helping people progress, learn and the success they feel when they pass. Creating a fair and promoting a positive learning environment is key. Driving is sometimes stressful for many pupils; this may be due to previous accidents they have been involved in or just the general thought of driving a car. By undertaking the correct approach and by taking the relevant training it becomes a very enjoyable experience. I have trained people who are deaf, who also have disabilities. To some, driving feels impossible but with motivation and the right training anything is possible.
