I have a background working in homelessness, housing and support for the last twenty years or so. I have always loved cars and driving, and used to compete in motorsport. I wanted to combine my passion with my people skills, so I see this as a natural development. I love helping people develop a life changing skill, overcoming the individual challenges they face along their learning journey. I am committed to continuing professional development, to keep building my knowledge and skills; to be the best ADI that I can be.

I really enjoy spending time with family and friends; especially on holiday. Big lunches, slow pace, tall tales and long laughter. And the last 3 laps of the 1992 British Touring Car Championship.
