If you see anything coming towards you be prepared to stop; remember it’s their priority. If you stop, don’t forget to look all around you before you start moving again. Lastly, don’t stare in the door mirrors. You can glance in them quickly only to see where you are and what you need to do with your direction.

All of our driving instructors in Ashford are calm and patient individuals who are perfect for nervous drivers. Learning to drive can be extremely challenging but all of our instructors are highly trained to support every learner. They will start you off in a quiet area, increasing your skills at a pace that works well for you and build up your confidence so that you not only learn safe driving skills for life but also enjoy their lessons. Our driving school in Ashford welcomes nervous pupils and we genuinely believe we have the driving instructors to help.
For your first driving lesson, you will need to bring your provisional driving licence with you as your driving instructor will need to see it before they can start teaching you. However, apart from that you just need to bring yourself and a willingness to learn!
