An amazing instructor, and I can't recommend Tracey enough, if you want to learn to drive quickly, make sure you learn with Tracey.
Fantastic instructor and i would highly recommend to absolutely everyone as he was so kind and patient with me when i made silly mistakes especially with parallel parking. Thanks for getting me through it. You were brilliant.
I had lessons with Andrew in 2022 and passed my test in January 2023. Greatest thing he gave me was confidence and 6 months after passing I drove 3500 miles around Europe!

Just passed today! Took a few attempts but I'd have never made it to this point without him. Really straight forward approach to teaching and can adapt to find what methods suit individual learners. He's also just a really nice guy who can make you feel relaxed as a nervous or stressed driver. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Andrew was a brilliant instructor. Kind, calming, and very engaging in his teaching style. Passed second time thanks to him really helping me learn from my errors and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
I struggled to pass with another instructor but thankfully I switched over to Drivejohnson and Tracey and I was able to pass on my first try with her.

If you notice the examiner marking something on the marking sheet, don't panic! There are other elements of the test that they need to mark, which doesn't mean you have received a recorded fault. They have to mark down when a manoeuvre, hill start, angled moving off, and more is completed.

There are many ways of doing the parallel park. One trick that works for many learners is the left, right, right, left technique.
When your car is in line with a parked car, turn left one full turn. When your car is at an approximately 45 degree angle (slice of pizza angle in door mirror), turn right – one full turn. As your back wheel approaches the kerb, turn right again, one full turn. When your car looks parallel with the kerb and nice and straight (look at the car in front to see if you are straight), turn one full turn left to straighten the wheels.
