I'm so pleased with drive johnsons driving school I passed my driving test first time
I was struggling to learn in a manual so I switched to automatic and never looked back as I instantly felt super comfortable and got to pass on my first try.
I had amazing lessons with Zaff every time he taught me it was incredible, and he was super professional and always gave me advice that continued to develop my skills.
Learning to drive with Zaff was the best decision ever! He's so friendly, professional and knowledgable. Learnt lots every lessons and learned really fast. I was ready to take my test after 22 hours and I passed first time. :)
I loved learning with Zaff, we got to talk about sports and current events and it helped me to pass and get my confidence and driving on track.

Had automatic driving lessons with Zaff in Preston. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an instructor. He does manual too which is great as a started with manual and then switched to automatic but didn't have to change instructors!

If you notice the examiner marking something on the marking sheet, don't panic! There are other elements of the test that they need to mark, which doesn't mean you have received a recorded fault. They have to mark down when a manoeuvre, hill start, angled moving off, and more is completed.

If the examiner makes conversation with you on test, always respond to avoid being rude. They will usually ask you a minimum of two questions. They are something on the lines of what do you do for a living? Have you had to take today off work?
If you are approaching a junction or a tricky area, then just focus on your driving and when it's safe to respond then do. The examiner will understand you're focusing on your driving and they shouldn't be offended.
