The best lessons I have ever had, I am so happy to have passed and to have learned with Michael to now be able to pass my automatic test.

Try to make your drive as smooth as possible, this means listening to the car engine noises and going up and down the gears accordingly. When the engine revs begin to sound noisy - go up a gear. When the engine revs begin to drop, glance at you rev counter and if lower than 2,000 revs consider going down a gear. Timing your approach to junctions will really impress the examiner. To do this, check your junctions as earlier as possible and keep checking on the approach incase anything changes.

When should you signal for parked cars? If you think another road user may benefit, then apply a signal. For example, driving down a busy street with several parked cars, you probably won’t need to use the signal. If you are driving down a higher-speed road and you see a car broken down, you may wish to signal to warn other road users of the incident and let them know you are changing direction slightly too.
