When you begin taking driving lessons in Hastings, you will start down larger roads that have little to no traffic. We always make sure that you start in quiet areas as this is the best way to make sure you can develop your skills and build a strong base of fundamentals.
A great area that you will begin to drive down is a square loop that is near Church Wood nature Reserve. This loop will see you drive down Wishing Tree Road, take a right onto Dymond Road, right onto Blackman Avenue and then a Right onto Redgeland Rise which will take you back to Wishing Tree Road. Not only will this allow you to practice clutch control, steering and progressing through gears, but you can also drive the route in reverse to then practice left turns instead of right turns. Due to the quiet nature of these roads, you will quickly find yourself acing the practice route.
