Living in and around Littlehampton, next to the seaside and pleasure harbour, gives you as a learner driver some lovely areas to drive around. Driving along the B2140 during the summer like a boss (when there are no road works) is a great feeling: sea on one side of you and some lovely housing estates (as you approach Rustington) on the other side. Your top grade instructor will cover these roads and more until you are up to a respectable level.
Once you have covered the basics, you will need to consider booking the driving test. At this point (depending on which test centre you book) your instructor will start covering the more advanced subjects and test routes to ensure you are ready for the test either at Chichester or Lancing. With both test centres located approximately 8-9 miles away, the choice is yours; however, we find most pupils tend to book Lancing test centre as it's easier to get to.
