Great instructor, highly recommend
Ive been driving in India for 9 yrs and need to pass UK test. The instruction is good and I dont feel like my money is been wasted. I had my test this morning and I passed 4 minors.
Paul is the most encouraging and positive person I know. In the beginning I was nervous about driving and thought I was slow compared to other people, but Paul encourages me constantly. He is hilarious and honestly makes driving lessons fun.
Great instructor, got me through my test for the 1st time with only 2 minors.
Paul is an excellent instructor and I've progressed immensely in my driving since beginning lessons with him - with his calm manner of teaching he's instilled me with confidence and self belief in my ability, which I didn't have when I first started my lessons with him. I'm progressing well with his teaching and looking forward to taking my test soon when a slot is available locally. Highly recommend him.

I've only had 2 lessons (2hours) so far and yet driving feels so natural. I had never driven before and couldn't imagined myself behind a wheel but thanks to Paul, I've become so much more confident and comfortable behind the wheel. You should be able to check your mirrors by moving your eyes - not your head. The examiners are trained to look out for eye checks rather than head movements. Moving your head may cause the examiner to think your mirrors are not set up correctly.

Your driving instructor in Chigwell will come to meet you at a time and place that works well for you. They will have an initial chat to find out more about and your previous experience. If you have not had any driving lessons before, don't worry as many people have not had any before starting with us. During this chat, your driving instructor will also go over the basics of the car, plus do an eyesight check and check your provisional licence.
Once this is done, your driving instructor will drive you to a quiet area to start you practicing behind the wheel away from hazards and traffic. They will cover moving off and stopping, clutch control, the different pedals and how to steer. Rest assured, your driving lesson will be tailored to your needs and you will be allowed to learn at your own pace.
