I decided to take up driving lessons after 15 years because i wanted to drive my family with a car in the future. It was so incredibly lucky that DriveJohnson recommended Rafi to me. He is top class professional instructor, motivator and life coach and takes care of you, giving sound and firm advice to learn from your mistakes. I had 7 months of intensive driving lessons to be road aware and safe road driving to pass first time!

Rafi is the best instructor I could've hoped for. Before Rafi I had failed 4 times, with 2 different instructors. Always being very nervous. With Rafi I managed to pass it the first time. He is always calm and patient, giving tips that help for the test. "Always play to the 90th minute" really helped me. I thought I failed early on the test, but I just kept repeating to myself, "keep going" as Rafi had drilled in. And in the end I was surprised to see I'd actually passed.

Rafi is an amazing, encouraging, calm and honest driving teacher. He was my sixth instructor and I was ready to give up driving before I started having lessons with him. He explains everything thoroughly and never lets you give up. Before I started learning with Rafi I was someone who dreaded driving lessons (and would regularly cry during them) but he turned this around. Rafi is such a great instructor! He is very professional, patient and polite and I always looked forward to all of my lessons!

His method of teaching is brilliant and he gives really beneficial tips, tricks and advice to remember manoeuvres and techniques.

He always highlighted what I did well during and at the end of my lessons, which helped increase my confidence on the road, and I was always able to ask him anything if I was unsure, even if that meant him repeating himself - he didn't mind at all. He would also focus on my areas for improvement which we would aim to perfect in the next and future lessons.

He is always optimistic and reassured me in the lead up to my test. He had much confidence in me that I would pass first time, and I did very recently with only 3 minor faults! I would highly recommend Rafi to anyone wanting to learn to drive!

Working with Rafi made driving both easy and relaxed. He has a great work ethic and his lessons are expertly tailored to the test routes. He is also very accommodating to his students and makes sure that the lesson times work for us. i couldn’t recommend Rafi enough he is a great driving instructor he helped me fix a date for my test and helped me to work towards passing the test with only 3 minors. M.Rafi is the best instructor one can hope for. I had quit learning to drive 4 times before I met Rafi. He instilled the confidence in me that I can do it. In the very first lesson he identified what my positives and negatives are and planned future lessons accordingly. He was very clear with his instructions and communication. Well well well, where can I start? Rafi is the best instructor I have ever had there is no better. He is patient but firm and boosted my confidence so much! And trust me if you put your trust in him he will not let you down. The road was bumpy (mostly for me) but I passed first time after 35 hours! He took his time, answered all my questions, showed me everything I need to know to be a SAFE driver and as he would say “took care of me”. I feel so confident on the road and if it wasn’t for his teachings I wouldn’t have the pass I have today! If you see this and you’re thinking of booking with him.. don’t think. DO! Rafi was an absolutely brilliant teacher. He is very patient and had so many good tips to help you with manoeuvres and roundabouts etc. He always tried to go above and beyond when accommodating his students and clearly cares a lot about his students success. He is never sharp with his tone and is always positive when telling your what you need to improve on. This is why I feel he is such a good teacher. If you want an instructor with amazing experience then you should use Rafi.

From my experience of taking lessons with Mr Rafi , I can only speak on the good things as there were was nothing negative. he is calm and collected and his knowledge on the roads is something I’ve never seen before. He guided me in the right direction and would always explain things in detail so I would get a better understanding. I had two instructor before I met Mr Rafi and I must say Mr Rafi is on another level when it comes to teaching people how to drive. I highly recommend anyone to take on lessons with Mr Rafi. I passed my exam first time and it wouldn’t have possible without his help .

Rafi is an excellent driving instructor. He is patient, supportive, and resolutely good natured. I will miss our lessons, and will be forever grateful for the confidence that he has given me behind the wheel.

What if you're not interested into driving or not willing to drive at all? What if your husband always pushing you to drive and pay the cost of the lesson? To cut the story short i got my driving licence after 8 months of hardwork. I am really thankful to Rafi for his patience and never ending energy when it comes on our lesson. He was amazing, experienced instructor and brother to me. He never gave up on me even though I nearly giving up on myself. His positivity in life is contagious and made my confidence grow. He can be a tough instructor but the overpowering effort made me trust him moreover these days. He was a great help why I learnt to love driving. Here I am, proud of myself but I guess my husband is the proudest of what I have achieved. I gave all the credits to Rafi and I'm grateful having him as my driving instructor..
