I had 10 hours of driving lessons with Ahmed in preparation for moving to the US because I wanted some manual experience. I found him to be calm and considerate allowing me to work at my own pace to become familiar with driving. I’ll keep his number incase I ever come back to the UK and need a manual driving instructor!

i could sit here and write so much about how much of an amazing instructor Ahmad is, from how gentle and patient he is to how he goes above and beyond to ensure his students completely understand the concept of how to be a safe driver. i will always be grateful for everything he has taught me and i will miss our lessons.

I recently took refresher lessons with Ahmad, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Even though I already had my license, I wanted to rebuild my confidence, and Ahmad was the perfect instructor for that.

He is incredibly calm and an excellent communicator, making it easy to understand what I needed to focus on without feeling overwhelmed. His approach was patient and supportive, giving me the space to ask questions and work on specific areas. Plus, he’s a great conversationalist, which made each lesson very enjoyable.

I was really struggling with learning to drive a manual car. Then I decided to switch to Shadia and an automatic, and my experience completely changed. I became so much more confident and even passed on my first attempt.

Ahmad is an amazing teacher. Every lesson was such a joy. He is calm and reassuring, and I felt like I could actually make mistakes, get feedback, learn and improve, while enjoying the whole process. Ahmad is an excellent driver, and could notice the slightest mistakes in my driving and instantly deliver feedback in such a way that I never felt bad. I passed the exam the first time with a couple minors after 2 months of lessons, and more importantly, feel very confident on the road while driving.

Ahmad is a very supportive and friendly instructor. I passed with him today after 8 lessons he identifies your weak spots and gives you tips on how to improve them which he did with me.

Spent a lot of hours with Ahmad, and definitely because I wasn't confident in my driving. However, Ahmad was always present to correct my errors and point out where I could improve, even if the lessons were long and I kept repeating the mistakes over and over. I'm glad to say that I passed and I'm grateful that I had an instructor like Ahmad that enabled me to be confident not just in the test, but also in becoming a better driver.

So far I've done about 7 hours with Ahmad. The lessons are good and I feel like I've done loads already, and he's said as well that I'll probably only need like 15 or 20 more hours before I'm ready to go for my test. Really glad I got given Ahmad and will make sure I recommend all my friends to go with him as well.

I have really enjoyed my driving lessons with Paul, I was a very nervous learner, Paul made learning to drive seem really easy, I have now passed thanks to Paul.

I passed first time with Ahmad. He knew exactly what I needed from the very first day. He had a lot of confidence in me and kept encouraging me.

He is an amazing instructor. He had doubts at first, but I beat the odds and came out successfully. I only got a few driving faults because the driving instructor standard is so high. Trust me, you cannot fail with Mr. Ahmad.

Paul is an excellent instructor and I've progressed immensely in my driving since beginning lessons with him - with his calm manner of teaching he's instilled me with confidence and self belief in my ability, which I didn't have when I first started my lessons with him. I'm progressing well with his teaching and looking forward to taking my test soon when a slot is available locally. Highly recommend him.

I would really appreciate Yaffa because without his patience i wouldn’t have passed my driving test. He’s s really helpful and encouraged me to pass my test with his patience even though i was struggling at Cambridge roundabout, he used to tell me anything is possible so after his support and motivation I passed. I took refresher courses with Ahmad a few years after passing my driving test to restore my confidence on the road.

Ahmad is simply fantastic as an instructor - he's attentive, great to talk to, and has practical and easily memorable tips that I can take away with me as I drive out in the world on my own. He's done wonders to restore my confidence in (and enjoyment of) driving and taught me a lot.

wicked instructor!! i've been doing lessons ffor ages n ahmad assessed me, did another 6 hours with me n we booked the test. i passed it n that wouldnt of been possible if it werent for ahmad!! sound guy, easy lessons and prices were decent.

I passed first time with Ahmad who I think is a fantastic instructor. He's friendly, chatty and puts you at ease, which is important when navigating tricky situations on city roads. But at the same time he's always completely on the ball when it comes to your driving. Passed my test with Ahmad and I can vouch for his skills a driving instructor. I have been through many instructors and Ahmad was by far the best. Unlike most other instructors he is patient with you and knows how to teach well whilst not lacking in any other area of being an instructor. He is also lovely driving and talking and share many wisdoms with you. I think this comes from the fact that he is also a Imam and used to teach Arabic so he has much more experience than most instructors.

Ahmad is an AMAZING instructor. I passed my driving test the first time thanks to his rigorous and attentive teaching. I’m really grateful for having him as my instructor, he takes the time to explain every single detail about driving, never puts any pressure, very patient and also punctual. I always felt relaxed about driving, he is also very easy to talk to and friendly.
Finally his gives great driving recommendations and advices that are extremely helpful for the test and for the everyday driving too.

Me and my partner both decide to do lessons and get our licenses as fast as we can. I called drive jhonsons and arranged lessons for me and her, and we both got given ahmad ( who is very nice and great instructor ). If you need lessons then we must tell you that ahmad will be best instructor ever!

My instruction with Ahmad was fantastic. He picked me up for the first lesson & I must have been a nervous wreck - but we drove for about 10 minutes to somewhere quieter, then he showed me the basics of moving the vehicle, and off we went! After 20 hours I had to take a break in my lessons for personal reasons, but when I resumed Ahmad was more than happy to continue with me and see me through my driving test! A very happy Hannah that shows off for taking 32 hours & passing her test 1st time with 1 minor!

I fee truly blessed to have had Ahmad as my driving instructor. Having not driven for almost 7 years since getting my full license, I was apprehensive to return to driving again, as I wasn’t sure how quickly I’d adjust. Thankfully, Ahmad’s clear and calm approach meant that I felt so comfortable, I settled into driving again much sooner than I’d anticipated. Ahmad is a great communicator and super reliable as well as knowledgeable. He is the best instructor to learn from for a reason !! He knows the roads, is amazing at explaining things and will never let you make a mistake without having the opportunity to correct it. I feel more confident now than ever before and I know he will always be here for me if I need him. I would 100% recommend learning to drive with Ahmad.

When first starting lessons I went with automatic because it seemed easier and I wasn’t confident that I would be able to drive a manual. A few years later and I decided to take it really serious and commit to lessons and that. I called them and the girl on the phone said to give manual a try first as you have more freedom. I took 35 hours and went for my test, passed with 6 minors and couldn’t be happier with the result

Ahmad is an amazing instructor who teaches you everything. He is extremely calm and never yells so you don't get frightened. He allows you to make mistakes, correct them and overall explains why you were wrong in a calm manner. The best instructor I have met!
