Brilliant instructor. Easy to work with. Helped me massively with building my skills and confidence on the roads. Could not have had a better instructor.

The best lesson I've had. Really informative and supportive. Very encouraging. He was patient with me and helped me evaluate my strengths and weaknesses so we could work on targets for improvement. I can see myself making so much progress with Paul. After a year + of not doing lessons he really helped me ease back into it and recap my knowledge with neat tips and tricks to remember things.

Had a fantastic first lesson with Paul. I am generally a nervous person, but Paul seemed to know exactly how to make my first lesson feel as comfortable as possible for myself. I've driven before with 2 prior instructors, but never have I driven as confident and as comfortable as I had just been with Paul. He is very thorough and very helpful in his approach.

Paul is an extremely professional, patient, empathic and friendly instructor. I had my first lesson with him today and his way of teaching made me feel very calm but confident at the same time . He gave constructive feedback throughout the lesson and then asked me what i'd like to cover on the next lesson. Cant recommend Paul enough!

I started with paul from scratch. I didn't have the first idea about driving. I failed twice due to nerves but passed third time with zero faults. Paul was a massive help. Not only did he fit in extra sessions but he helped me believe in myself. So thankful.

There are many types of driving instructor, you can get cubic zirconia or you can get diamond. Paul is a diamond! I took my first step back into driving after an absence of 25 years, extremely nervous and having never really had much confidence in the first place. With low expectations I have learned so many techniques in my first refresher lesson I can’t believe it. I expected to drive round an industrial estate for hours tbh. I have learned how to parallel park, park in a bay at Sainsbury’s and drive in busy traffic in just two hours. I still have some relearning but also learning to do as my past instructors never got me in and out of the car looking at where I’ve just put the car and importantly why and how. I never really understood why some things I did worked and some didn’t, I’m getting to see the theory of it which is what I personally need to feel happier behind the wheel. Paul says he will teach you what you need to learn to drive for life not to get through a driving test and I totally believe it. I only wish he’d been able to teach me those years ago. Certainly does what he says on the tin! And anybody lacking in confidence or skills would benefit from some time with him.

Absolutely fantastic driving instructor, after a lot of tests my nerves got really bad but Paul helped me overcome this and now I have finally passed my test I could not recommend a better instructor truly fantastic ??

I had my driving test today and i was a little nervous, but he ran me through how the morning would look and made me feel at ease with his jokes. Paul is an amazing driving instructor! He is very patient, clear and makes me feel very relaxed behind the wheel. He has a good sense of humour and he's very good at staying calm + keeping me calm when I panic. I'm so happy he's now my instructor as I never had this experience from the last.

Had my first block of lessons with Paul yesterday, learnt an unbelievable amount. Friendly and doesn’t put the pressure on at all, let’s you learn at your own pace but is constantly trying to help you learn. If you need an instructor, this is the man!

Paul is a very professional driving instructor. I was very happy with him on my first lesson. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, as he stayed calm and patient throughout the whole lesson. Paul explained methods and the whole concept of driving, unlike any other instructors I've had in the past. I was a very satisfied learner who is looking forward to working with him. Had my 1st lesson today with Paul absolutely brilliant! Couldn’t ask for a better instructor never even been behind the wheel of a car until today and he made me feel completely comfortable being behind the wheel can’t wait for my next lesson with him ?

To begin with I was quite an anxious driver and didn't have a lot of confidence, but that changed after taking lessons with Paul! I found his lessons to be very informative as any information he gave to me or any questions I asked resulted in well educated answers. He identified things/areas I wasn't so good at and coached me properly on how I could do a better job next time. He let me progress at my own pace and didn't get annoyed or angry with me if things did go wrong, so I didn't feel too bad about making mistakes!

As a result of everything, I'm a much calmer and more confident driver and I passed first time! Thank you very much! :)

Paul is a very professional and understanding driving instructor , l have done a couple of lessons with him ,although l lack confidence in driving and l don’t believe in myself but Paul has boosted it ,l feel good and confident again.

First time pass with Paul!! He's such a patient and calm instructor. I tried a few different instructors before I found Paul and I'm so glad I did. His teaching style is calming, so if you're anxious about getting behind the wheel he is a good choice for you. He always encourages you to be reflective at the end of a lesson, thinking about what went well and what you can focus on to improve next lesson. Paul has really high standards for his students, which was actually such a good thing because he would warn me about lots of smaller errors that perhaps other instructors dont draw attention to and it meant I found the test easy. Never thought I'd say that!! Don't hesitate- get in touch with Paul!

Very knowledgeable teacher, I learnt more in one lesson with Paul than I have learnt in 10 lessons with my previous instructor. Very calm and positive even while stalling the car a lot in my first lesson. Very professional and friendly, would recommend.

An excellent driving instructor. Paul really looked after me following a previous bad experience with a driving instructor. He was able to give me the time and right tools to eventually pass my exam. He made sure to tailor the lessons in my own needs and was always prompt and extremely organised.I would not have passed my exam without his help and support. Highly recommended!!

Had my 1st lesson today in the auto, had previously had a few manual lessons years ago. Paul made me feel comfortable and like I could do it. I was more happy and confident than in my previous lessons. More positive now that I can become a driver!

I had my first ever lesson with Paul the other day and the amount of progress I achieved was unbelievable, I was only expecting to be doing a few manoeuvres on an empty piece of land somewhere but I did so much more such as parking, turning on a roundabout and driving lots, I had a few nerves at the start but they soon passed when I was in the drivers seat being reassured by Paul, he put me at rest and helped me immensely, I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to learn how to drive, especially first timers!
