Sunil was always on time, friendly and had the best techniques to break down the manoeuvers that I was struggling with.

Sunil was a brilliant driving instructor! The calmest and most patient instructor I have ever met and the best instructor I have ever had! Sunil helped me to pass my automatic driving test with only 1 minor fault. I couldn’t have done it without his help! Sunil’s advice and expertise was a credit to drivejohnsons; he was able to provide me with precise advice and driving techniques throughout my lessons to improve my driving skills. And on test day Sunil went above and beyond to help settle my nerves and always believed in my potential to succeed when I was low in confidence and struggling with my driving. Extremely polite, caring and excels with learners like myself who are really nervous! A couple of classic reasons are: being in the wrong gear when stationary at lights or a junction and then stalling; and another is moving off with the handbrake still on or slightly on, especially on hills.

If you notice the examiner marking something on the marking sheet, don't panic! There are other elements of the test that they need to mark, which doesn't mean you have received a recorded fault. They have to mark down when a manoeuvre, hill start, angled moving off, and more are completed.
