If you stall on your test, try not to panic. You won't fail for stalling the car, but you may fail for how you deal or cope with the stall. For example, if you stall, panic and let the car roll back, you will fail. If you stall, secure the car with footbrake or handbrake, restart and move away safely, you will receive just a driving fault.

The amount of time it takes for learners to pass their driving test varies from person to person, depending on a variety of factors, including confidence and experience. However, on average, pupils pass with us after just 26 hours. The national average time it takes to pass is 57, so we think this gives an indication of the quality of our teaching.

If you are taking your driving lessons in Sale and want to practice your parking outside of your lessons, there are several great spots to practice. Practising outside of your lessons will help you to develop your skills and continue to grow your confidence.
In particular, Chepstow Avenue has several parking bays and, as these are tucked away in a quiet area away from main roads, it can provide a great place to get to grips with your bay parking skills.
