The examiners are trained to look out for eye checks rather than head movements. Moving your head may cause the examiner to think your mirrors are not set up correctly.

If you ensure you look over your right shoulder at least twice and out of the back of the window at least 6 times, then that should be just enough to satisfy the examiner.
