A classic question is, what happens if you go the wrong way on your test? The answer is not a lot. Just try to do it safely, and you will be fine. Many learners will swerve at quick notice, realising they are in the wrong lane and fail for the changing lanes part. If the examiner can see you have time to get into the correct lane, they may repeat the instruction or use hand signals.
