I had an incredible learning to drive experience with Paul and if you need to learn to drive you have to choose Paul Morris.

Getting to pass with Paul was a fantastic experience as he was super friendly and always on time. He made learning to drive super easy.

I had failed with another driving school prior to learning with Paul but thanks to his teachings and ability to break down all of the difficult manoeuvres was super helpful.

Paul is the perfect instructor and the best instructor that drive johnsons has on their books! It was even better that I passed on my first try.

I never thought I would pass my test but thanks to Paul I passed with a great amount of confidence and I now feel safe on the roads.

I had a great time learning to drive with Paul in Hereford and I only passed my test because of his teaching methods and endless knowledge.

Thanks to Paul I passed after six hours of lessons with him. I had tried to learn with another driving school but the instructor didn't know my area so I was unprepared for my test. When I switched to Paul I got to learn the roads and the test routes and put my skills to work.

By far the best instructor I have ever had. Paul Morris is a lovely person and he was always super friendly, on time and informative.

I was recommended to learn with Paul by a friend and I am so happy that it was everything and more. He is a brilliant instructor and helped me to ace my manoeuvres and driving test.

Paul is by far the best instructor in the whole of the UK! He helped me to pass both my theory and my practical test after just 15 hours. Outstanding instructor and the best person to learn from.

I struggled to adjust to learning to drive but I was able to quickly develop my skills and confidence thanks to Pauls helpful lessons and excellent tuition.

I was given Pauls number from my cousin and thanks to him and drivejohnsons office team I was able to pass not only my theory but also my test after only six weeks of lessons.

Paul taught me to drive and it was an amazing experience. He was super friendly and if it wasn't for him I would still be learning to drive now.

By far the best instructor and Paul helped me with everything I needed from questions to failing my first test. He helped to get me back on the road and to pass my test.

I can't believe I passed after just ten hours of driving lessons with Paul! He was recommended to me by a friend and thanks to getting an early test he helped me to get up to scratch on my lessons quickly and helped me to pass with a faultless drive.

When it comes to learning to drive make sure you choose to learn with Paul Morris, he is a great instructor and I can't recommend him enough.

Instructor tip of the month Show more

Test tip of the month for Worcester

Many learners fail their manoeuvre because they rush it. They get concerned about keeping other road users waiting. It’s good to be considerate about other road users but on your test you have got to go nice and slow so you have time to do all the observations needed. The faster you do the manoeuvre, the faster your observations should be. You know what to do - keep speed slow so you have time to observe!

Be careful when leaving the test centre of other vehicles coming in. They shouldn't, but sometimes people are late for the test. Make sure you know whose priority it is coming out of the test centre! Frequently asked questions...

What areas in Worcester do you cover?

Our qualified driving instructors in Worcester cover most areas of Worcester including Droitwich Spa, Kempsey, Leigh Sinton, Inkberrow, Evesham, and more. With a great local knowledge of Worcester and knowing all the test routes for the area, we believe our instructors can help you achieve your goals of learning to drive and passing first time!

What should I expect from my driving lessons?

Depending on where you are with your learning, your driving instructor will set different goals and objectives for each lesson. They will outline what they're going to be teaching you during that lesson and what they hope you'll achieve by the end of the lesson. For example, for beginners one of the first lesson aims will be to learn how to move off and stop in a car, whereas for intermediate learners a lesson objective may be to begin learning your manoeuvres.

What's the best time of day to have my driving lessons?

Ideally, you want to have your driving lessons during the day time, where possible. There are more instructors available for lessons during the day, meaning you'll have better flexibility available with lesson times and frequency. Also, during the day people tend to be more alert so you're more likely to learn more efficiently. There is also better visibility on the roads during the day than at night, so you may find it easier to drive in the day.

Can I start my driving lessons before I've taken my theory test?

Yes you can start your driving lessons before you take your theory test and it can actually be beneficial to do it this way round. You will pick up a lot of what you need to know for your driving theory test during your driving lessons. Learning the information required for the test in a practical way and then revising it can help you to retain the information better.

I live just outside of Worcester, do you cover the surrounding area?

Yes, not only do we cover Worcester, but we also cover several surrounding areas in Worcestershire. Our Grade-A driving instructors in Worcester cover several areas, including Abberley, Henwick and Peachley.

Not only can you begin your lessons in an area outside of Worcester, but you also have the option to finish your lessons in another location. For instance, you could begin your lessons in Henwick and finish your lesson at your school/job in Worcester.
