I had a great experience with Drive Johnson's, from the first phone call, throughout all my lessons and the final test - they were truly professional. My instructor Raffi was great! He really put me at ease when learning and made sure I was ready for my test, passing first time!!

Rafi is such a great instructor! He is very professional, patient and polite and I always looked forward to all of my lessons!

His method of teaching is brilliant and he gives really beneficial tips, tricks and advice to remember manoeuvres and techniques.

He always highlighted what I did well during and at the end of my lessons, which helped increase my confidence on the road, and I was always able to ask him anything if I was unsure, even if that meant him repeating himself - he didn't mind at all. He would also focus on my areas for improvement which we would aim to perfect in the next and future lessons.

He is always optimistic and reassured me in the lead up to my test. He had much confidence in me that I would pass first time, and I did very recently with only 3 minor faults! I would highly recommend Rafi to anyone wanting to learn to drive!

I’ve been Rafi’s student since summer 2022 and it was certainly a bumpy ride trying to learn the rules of the road. But despite difficulties on the road, Rafi really helped me develop my road awareness and skills. He never gave up on me, even when I felt like giving up. His patience really motivated me to work harder and I definitely would recommend him to someone who is looking to pass their driving test! I passed with 0 minors!

Rafi was an absolutely brilliant teacher. He is very patient and had so many good tips to help you with manoeuvres and roundabouts etc. He always tried to go above and beyond when accommodating his students and clearly cares a lot about his students success. He is never sharp with his tone and is always positive when telling your what you need to improve on. This is why I feel he is such a good teacher. If you want an instructor with amazing experience then you should use Rafi.

Rafi is the best instructor I could've hoped for. Before Rafi I had failed 4 times, with 2 different instructors. Always being very nervous. With Rafi I managed to pass it the first time. He is always calm and patient, giving tips that help for the test. "Always play to the 90th minute" really helped me. I thought I failed early on the test, but I just kept repeating to myself, "keep going" as Rafi had drilled in. And in the end I was surprised to see I'd actually passed.

If you're looking for a driving instructor, Rafi is definitely the man.

I passed my driving test last week with 3 minors. Mr. Rafi is a great instructor who taught me the skills for being a safe driver. He has built the confidence in me for driving and never let me give up. Inwas a difficult learner and he always explains all the information with patience. He was always happy to schedule me for extra lessons close to exams. I would recommend him for everyone who is willing to learn driving.

Working with Rafi made driving both easy and relaxed. He has a great work ethic and his lessons are expertly tailored to the test routes. After a negative experience with a previous instructor I didn’t think I would ever enjoy driving. My confidence in the car was at an all time low, but after beginning lessons with Rafi that all started to change.
He was patient, honest, amazingly encouraging, and just an all round lovely person. He made me feel at ease straight away and made learning to drive fun and positive. He helped me build my confidence on the road and I feel so grateful for that.
He was always on time, incredibly knowledgable and knew exactly what we needed to work on from the previous lesson. I ended up passing with just 1 minor, which I could not have done without him!

I thoroughly enjoyed my driving lessons with Rafi. As well as being a fantastic instructor, he is a very positive person. Rafi is an amazing, encouraging, calm and honest driving teacher. He was my sixth instructor and I was ready to give up driving before I started having lessons with him. He explains everything thoroughly and never lets you give up. Before I started learning with Rafi I was someone who dreaded driving lessons (and would regularly cry during them) but he turned this around. He was persistent and thorough, which resulted in me passing my test with only one minor. I cannot thank Rafi enough and would recommend him to anyone - especially nervous drivers.

What if you're not interested into driving or not willing to drive at all? What if your husband always pushing you to drive and pay the cost of the lesson? To cut the story short i got my driving licence after 8 months of hardwork. I am really thankful to Rafi for his patience and never ending energy when it comes on our lesson. He was amazing, experienced instructor and brother to me. He never gave up on me even though I nearly giving up on myself. His positivity in life is contagious and made my confidence grow. He can be a tough instructor but the overpowering effort made me trust him moreover these days. He was a great help why I learnt to love driving. Here I am, proud of myself but I guess my husband is the proudest of what I have achieved. I gave all the credits to Rafi and I'm grateful having him as my driving instructor.. I passed my driving test 1st time today with only 4 minors with Rafi's help. Rafi was my third driving instructor in the past year and half I've been doing my lesson, but he was the one that built the most confidence in me. If you're a very nervous driver (like me) Rafi's way of teaching is great as he's patient, he makes your feel relaxed and doesn't mind going over the same thing repeatedly to get it right. I was really nervous about my driving test but he went the extra mile by arranging his schedule to do early morning sessions and to have a final evening session the day before my driving test. His teaching method really sets you up for driving for life and I'm so happy to have had him as my driving instructor.

Rafi is without a doubt the best instructor I have ever had. Without him I would not have been able to pass, he completely restored my confidence in driving. He not only taught me how to prepare for the test but also for driving in general in areas I was not familiar with. M.Rafi is an excellent instructor. He helped me pass with 1 minor in my driving test. Firstly, he is very dedicated to ensuring his students pass and regularly sends YouTube videos with driving to help improve your weaknesses in driving. He always gives clear instructions during driving lessons and always maintains a calm and positive attitude even when you doubt yourself. These qualities make him a great instructor. Some of my favourite motivational quotes from M.Rafi are: "Practice does not make perfect but PERFECT PRACTICE makes perfect" and "There is no shortcut to success". I would like to thank him for making the effort of travelling far distances for my weekly lessons as I live far to where he was originally teaching, he is very dedicated and will never, ever give up on you. He also taught my sister, this helped us learn from each other and made us more confident drivers.
