You will never fail your driving test for going in the wrong direction, but you can fail for not driving safely. If in doubt, ask in plenty of time.

When it comes to learning manoeuvres, a great place to learn is in the Asda car park just off of the A11. This is a fantastic spot, especially when it comes to practising bay parking and reverse bay parking.
For manoeuvres like parallel parking and a 3 point turn, you can do this down Cephas Avenue, Cornwall Avenue and Braintree Street. Your instructor will know the best places to learn these techniques, especially as it may change depending on the time of your lesson.
Taking your driving test is an incredibly nerve-racking experience, and you need to be confident when it comes to being test ready. For that reason, you have several options on where you take your test, including Tottenham, Wanstead and Wood Green.
Wherever you choose to take your test locally, your driving instructor will ensure that you go through several mock tests. This will be done to make sure you know the test routes and feel comfortable in the area.
