I wasn't sure about using a bigger driving school because of all the things you read online, but after being let down SIX times in a row by someone else, I called driveJohnson's to book my first lesson just so I could get the ball rolling. Ahmad did my lesson and we got on like a house on fire, and now after 15 hours with him I'm looking at booking my test for next month - great instructor!

He picked me up for the first lesson & I must have been a nervous wreck - but we drove for about 10 minutes to somewhere quieter, then he showed me the basics of moving the vehicle, and off we went! After 20 hours I had to take a break in my lessons for personal reasons, but when I resumed Ahmad was more than happy to continue with me and see me through my driving test! Ahmad is an amazing teacher. Every lesson was such a joy. He is calm and reassuring, and I felt like I could actually make mistakes, get feedback, learn and improve, while enjoying the whole process. Ahmad is an excellent driver, and could notice the slightest mistakes in my driving and instantly deliver feedback in such a way that I never felt bad. I passed the exam the first time with a couple minors after 2 months of lessons, and more importantly, feel very confident on the road while driving.
