Driving Lessons In Uckfield

Under the supervision of your expert driving instructor, you will start your driving lessons in Uckfield practising driving in a quiet residential area, such as Campbell Close. Here, away from traffic, you will practise the controls of the car, moving off, stopping and changing gears. You will then move to busier roads to practise turning left from a major to minor road, turning right and emerging from T Junctions. Gradually, your driving instructor will increase your exposure to traffic and the trickier areas of Uckfield, for example the crossroads where New Town Road meets the B2102. Also, know that you will not be restricted to Uckfield itself. As soon as your instructor feels you are ready, they will take you out on the A roads around the town to practise faster driving and increasing your confidence.

There aren't any driving test centres in Uckfield itself. However, you do have a few choices around half an hour's drive away, in Burgess Hill, Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells.
