My instruction with Ahmad was fantastic. He picked me up for the first lesson & I must have been a nervous wreck - but we drove for about 10 minutes to somewhere quieter, then he showed me the basics of moving the vehicle, and off we went! After 20 hours I had to take a break in my lessons for personal reasons, but when I resumed Ahmad was more than happy to continue with me and see me through my driving test! A very happy Hannah that shows off for taking 32 hours & passing her test 1st time with 1 minor!

I had such a great experience learning to drive with Sadia. She was incredibly patient and supportive, helping me through every step of the process. Even when I struggled or doubted myself, she gave me the push I needed to keep going and improve. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I passed my driving test with confidence. Ahmad is an amazing teacher. Every lesson was such a joy. He is calm and reassuring, and I felt like I could actually make mistakes, get feedback, learn and improve, while enjoying the whole process. Ahmad is an excellent driver, and could notice the slightest mistakes in my driving and instantly deliver feedback in such a way that I never felt bad. I passed the exam the first time with a couple minors after 2 months of lessons, and more importantly, feel very confident on the road while driving.

I am so glad I had Ahmad to teach me to learn to drive. He is very friendly and nice, very knowledgable, calm and patient. I am not a naturally good driver, but Ahmad got me from almost always stalling at the traffic lights (when I started) to passing and getting complimented in my driving test and passing with only 1 minor. I enjoyed our chat (we had lots of good chats) and his sense of humour. I would recommend Ahmad to anyone, he is the best instructor, and a lovely person.

I fee truly blessed to have had Ahmad as my driving instructor. Having not driven for almost 7 years since getting my full license, I was apprehensive to return to driving again, as I wasn’t sure how quickly I’d adjust. Thankfully, Ahmad’s clear and calm approach meant that I felt so comfortable, I settled into driving again much sooner than I’d anticipated. Ahmad is a great communicator and super reliable as well as knowledgeable. He is the best instructor to learn from for a reason !! He knows the roads, is amazing at explaining things and will never let you make a mistake without having the opportunity to correct it. I feel more confident now than ever before and I know he will always be here for me if I need him. I would 100% recommend learning to drive with Ahmad.

Where to start! If you are lucky enough to have Ahmed as your driving instructor, you are in safe hands. I started with him about a year ago having lost my confidence with driving. I didn’t enjoy it and never thought I’d pass. But Ahmed’s calm manner and meticulous standards meant that I grew to love driving, and passed my test first time. It was a pleasure to spend so many hours learning to drive with him, and I’ll miss our weekly car chats!

Ahmad is a great teacher and pedagogue. He is very patient, friendly and fun to chat with. Always a great pleasure to have lessons with him, his calmness is reassuring and he helped me to learn in a confident way. I feel very lucky that he was my instructor. Starting out my driving lessons with Ahmad was such a great experience! He is a natural teacher, down to earth, very communicative and present with you at all times. He made the learning process so easy for me, and I felt totally relaxed driving with him. As I just started out and I'm leaving the country I

I recently took refresher lessons with Ahmad, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Even though I already had my license, I wanted to rebuild my confidence, and Ahmad was the perfect instructor for that.

Paul is an excellent instructor and I've progressed immensely in my driving since beginning lessons with him - with his calm manner of teaching he's instilled me with confidence and self belief in my ability, which I didn't have when I first started my lessons with him. Spent a lot of hours with Ahmad, and definitely because I wasn't confident in my driving. However, Ahmad was always present to correct my errors and point out where I could improve, even if the lessons were long and I kept repeating the mistakes over and over. I'm glad to say that I passed and I'm grateful that I had an instructor like Ahmad that enabled me to be confident not just in the test, but also in becoming a better driver.

Passed my driving test 1st time after having 30 hours of lessons with Makan. Really happy with how my lessons went and Makan helped me learn really fast and built up my confidence. He showed me all the test routes and did mock driving tests with me which I think really helped me to pass. Would definitely recommend Drive Johnsons and Makan to anyone.

Ahmad is an AMAZING instructor. I passed my driving test the first time thanks to his rigorous and attentive teaching. I’m really grateful for having him as my instructor, he takes the time to explain every single detail about driving, never puts any pressure, very patient and also punctual. when I call drive johnson, they say they have good instructing in my city in london. i ask them if they can give me the best person that they have in this city and i get given ahmad. he do my lessons and i pass my test yesterday now i am ready to drive anywhere thanks to the best instructor!!

Ahmad was a great instructor and I passed my test first time. He quickly moves you on to the next level and suggests you book your test as soon as you are ready. Friendly and chatty but always 100% focused on what you are doing.

Paul is the most encouraging and positive person I know. In the beginning I was nervous about driving and thought I was slow compared to other people, but Paul encourages me constantly. He is hilarious and honestly makes driving lessons fun.
