Yesterday at Cannock street test centre, Isla passed her test with a great drive and a fantastic display of coping with nerves.

Isla could let nerves and fear change her driving and decision making in ways that weren’t helpful.

Sometimes thinking paralysis can happen when fear and nerves and anxiety are left to run riot.
We worked on driving skills and techniques naturally.
But we also worked very hard on the statement I’d made when I met her on day one.
“If I can change your thinking. 🤔 I’ll definitely change your driving”..

We did a lot of work on nerves and stress management and how to change her thinking and belief system.
We want it to feel like “Just another drive..” And not some cataclysmic event.
