MK Dons striker passes driving test with driveJohnson’s

driveJohnson’s is the go-to driving school for celebrities, footballers, actors and Formula 1 drivers who want to pass fast and first time.

The most recent celebrity to pass with us is none other than MK Dons footballer, Lewis Johnson.

Johnson not only scored his test at short notice but managed to bring it home on Saturday, 25th September 2021 with only 3 driving faults.

The Dons’ star striker had to make sure he balanced learning to drive along with juggling his professional football career.

Having put pen to paper on his MK Dons contract in July 2021, having signed from their youth team, Lewis has had a year to remember.

In the last six months, his journey to football stardom had to be benched along with his driving lessons in Milton Keynes, due to a serious injury that required the young star to have an operation. The operation went ahead and was successful in June 2021, Lewis was back in form and on the hunt to secure his driving licence.

Johnson was taking one driving lesson in Milton Keynes every 10 days in order to keep his skills sharp, leading to him passing with class on his first shot.

He is one to watch in the Dons squad, having already won MK Dons academy player of the year and League Football Education’s League One Apprentice of the Season.

With the Dons already flying high this season, fans will be hoping to see Johnson play against London based rivals, AFC Wimbledon.

Lewis isn’t the only celebrity to have passed with us, fellow MK Dons alumni Dele Alli, actor Stephen Graham and Formula 1 driver Alexander Albon are among some of the famous faces who have passed with us.

We wish Lewis the best in his footballing career and can’t wait to see him play at Stadium MK soon.
