After 20 successful years in management, I made the decision to pursue a new and more personally fulfilling path as a qualified driving instructor. Since 2023, I’ve been dedicated to helping learners build confidence, develop safe driving habits, and achieve their independence on the road. My long experience in leadership has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to adapt to different learning styles—qualities that now play a central role in my instruction. I’m passionate about this career because it allows me to make a direct, positive impact on people’s lives, guiding them through an important milestone with support, structure, and encouragement.
