Test Tip Of The Month For Carshalton

Examiners are very partial to drivers following too close. Remember on 30mph roads to keep at least six car lengths back from the car in front (if they are doing 30mph). Anything above 40mph, use the 2-second rule! If it is raining, remember that the stopping distance will double.

As you approach the no entry, the examiner will be ready to brake you if you aren’t slowing down and look as though you will miss the no entry.
