Learn to drive in the areas along the Medway with our driving school in Rochester. We cover many areas along the meandering river including Borstal, Brompton, Chatham, Gillingham, Grange and Rainham. We'll start your driving journey off in the quieter housed areas of Rochester East Ward using the straight roads as areas to practise pulling away from and pulling up on the side of the road. The close together terraced streets make it a great location to begin your left and right turns. Copperfield Road, Mount Road and Valley View Road are great for this.
Once you've grasped the basics, you'll take the A2 and busier roads into Gillingham to practise in your Driving Test Centre area. Our driving instructors will teach you how to deal with everything that will be thrown at you on your driving test, including some of the surrounding rural roads which may be used.
