Marketing Hub

The driveJohnson’s Marketing Hub is a secure internal application used by
authorised driveJohnson’s employees and approved contractors.

It brings together information from our marketing, advertising, website and
content platforms so that our team can review performance, plan activity and
make informed decisions in one central workspace.

About the Marketing Hub

The Marketing Hub has been developed to support driveJohnson’s internal
marketing and reporting processes.

It may be used for activities including:

  • reviewing advertising campaign performance;
  • monitoring advertising spend, clicks, enquiries and conversions;
  • analysing website traffic and visitor engagement;
  • reviewing search rankings and website performance;
  • managing website pages and target keywords;
  • planning content and marketing campaigns;
  • organising internal marketing tasks and notes; and
  • comparing performance across different reporting periods.

Who can access the Marketing Hub?

The Marketing Hub is not available to customers or members of the general
public.

Access is limited to authorised driveJohnson’s employees and approved
contractors who require the application for their work. Users must sign in
and may only access the areas and information permitted by their assigned
role.

Connected services

The Marketing Hub may connect to services used by driveJohnson’s, including:

  • Google Ads;
  • Google Analytics;
  • Google Search Console;
  • Meta advertising and business tools; and
  • other approved marketing, website and reporting services.

These connections allow authorised users to review relevant information
within the Marketing Hub rather than having to access each platform
separately.

Google Ads integration

The Marketing Hub may use the Google Ads API to retrieve advertising,
campaign, keyword and performance information belonging to driveJohnson’s.

The initial Google Ads integration is intended for reporting and analysis. It
does not create Google Ads accounts, change billing information, publish
campaigns, alter budgets or modify advertisements.

How information is used

Information accessed through the Marketing Hub is used only for legitimate
driveJohnson’s business purposes, including reporting, campaign analysis,
search engine optimisation, content planning and marketing
decision-making.

Information obtained through connected services is not sold, resold or made
available to external customers.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the
Marketing Hub and the information it contains.

Access credentials and authentication tokens are stored within protected
server-side systems and are not intentionally exposed through public website
pages or browser-side code.

Access to the Marketing Hub may be removed when it is no longer required or
when a user leaves driveJohnson’s or no longer performs an authorised role.
