These terms apply to the use of the driveJohnson’s Marketing Hub by
authorised driveJohnson’s employees and approved contractors.
By accessing or using the Marketing Hub, you agree to use it in accordance
with these terms and any relevant driveJohnson’s policies and instructions.
Marketing Hub Terms of Use
The driveJohnson’s Marketing Hub is a restricted internal application used
to support marketing, advertising, reporting, search analysis, content
planning and related business activities.

Authorised access
The Marketing Hub is not available to customers or members of the general
public.
You may only access the Marketing Hub where driveJohnson’s has authorised
you to do so. Your access may be limited according to your role and may be
changed, suspended or removed at any time.
Your responsibilities
When using the Marketing Hub, you must:
- keep your login and authentication details secure;
- use the application only for authorised driveJohnson’s work;
- access only the information and features required for your role;
- follow applicable driveJohnson’s security and data-handling policies;
- take reasonable care when reviewing, exporting or sharing information;
- report suspected unauthorised access or security incidents promptly; and
- comply with applicable laws and the terms of connected services.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- share your account or allow an unauthorised person to access the Hub;
- attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
- access, change or remove information without authorisation;
- use information from the Hub for personal or unrelated purposes;
- copy, disclose or distribute confidential information improperly;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the application’s operation; or
- use connected platform data in breach of the relevant platform’s terms.
Connected services
The Marketing Hub may connect to third-party platforms including Google Ads,
Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta business services.
Your use of those services remains subject to the terms, policies and
permissions of the relevant provider. The Marketing Hub does not replace or
override those terms.
Data and confidentiality
Information available through the Marketing Hub may include confidential
business, advertising, website and performance data.
You must treat this information as confidential and must not disclose it
outside driveJohnson’s unless you have permission or are legally required to
do so.
Information must be handled in accordance with the
Marketing Hub Privacy Notice
and the
driveJohnson’s Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The Marketing Hub is under continuing development. Features, integrations
and reports may be changed, added, restricted or removed at any time.
Although we aim to keep the application available and accurate, we do not
guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to
date.
Information shown in the Marketing Hub should be checked against the
relevant source platform before it is relied upon for an important financial,
contractual or operational decision.
Ownership
The Marketing Hub, including its software, design, reports, documentation
and internally created content, belongs to driveJohnson’s or its relevant
licensors.
Permission to use the Marketing Hub does not transfer ownership of the
application or any associated intellectual property.
Suspension and termination
driveJohnson’s may suspend or remove access where it is no longer required,
where a user changes role or leaves the business, or where these terms or
applicable policies have not been followed.
Liability
The Marketing Hub is provided as an internal business tool. To the extent
permitted by law, driveJohnson’s is not responsible for losses caused by
temporary unavailability, incomplete third-party data, reporting delays or
reasonable changes to the application.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be
unlawful to do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Marketing Hub develops or our legal,
technical or operational requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the
Marketing Hub after an update means that the revised terms apply.
