Nazmul Islam!
It was around a year ago that Nazmul Islam joined team dJ, offering automatic driving lessons in Romford and the surrounding areas, and he has since established himself as an instructor who goes above and beyond to support his pupils. We have received so much positive feedback from his learners praising how he has built their confidence to help them pass, especially from nervous students who had almost lost hope of learning to drive.
In December 2025, we received several such glowing reviews, but the one that won Nazmul the award was from his pupil, Fabi. This heartwarming review detailed how Nazmul supported Fabi in learning to drive with ADHD, adapting his lessons to make the information easier to process and understandable. Fabi praised Nazmul’s ability to make lessons enjoyable, despite prior bad experiences and lack of confidence, giving space to “make mistakes without shame”. Nazmul’s kindness and encouragement were clear in every word.
Nazmul, we are proud to have you on our team at driveJohnson’s. Thank you for being a brilliant instructor and for making such a difference to your pupils. They are very grateful, and so are we. Congratulations on being our last winning instructor for 2025!
