Job Vacancy: Bookings Co-ordinator

We have a full time position available within our fantastic office team – immediate start available

Experience is not essential but you must be enthusiastic, motivated and have a good telephone manner!

Full time details:

Option 1: Monday to Thursday: 10am to 7pm, Friday: 9am to 6pm and one Saturday 9am to 5pm every 3 weeks.

Option 2: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6pm, Friday: 9am to 6pm and one Saturday 9am to 5pm every 3 weeks.

Depending on age and experience £11.50 to £14.00 an hour.

* Based on a 40 hour week this equates to approx £27,000 a year salary @ £13.00 an hour. This excludes bonuses which would normally take this up to an estimated £30,000 a year.

* We ensure all employee rates of pay start above the national minimum wage and also above the national living wage guidelines no matter your age or experience level!

driveJohnson’s driving school is a driving school franchise providing driving lessons nationally across the UK. We need someone to join our team to help drive sales and provide exceptional customer service to our 800+ driving instructors. Help us fly the driveJohnson’s flag high on a national level.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, emails and take bookings
• Listen to pupils requirements and choose the appropriate instructor for their needs
• Allocate pupils to instructors using their online diaries and app
• Input data into spreadsheets using Apple software
• Respond to enquiries via social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Google etc.
• Sell driving packages over the phone and meet sales targets.

Qualifications and requirements

• Must have good reading and writing skills
• Must be enthusiastic and bubbly
• Punctual and reliable
• Computer literate.

• Opportunity to earn over £300 in bonuses every month
• Opportunity to progress within the company. All office management within the company started their career with us as a booking co-ordinator. We always search for management staff within the company not externally.
